SnatchBot Scheduled Maintenance Notice
On Wednesday June 3rd, 2020, SnatchBot will be undergoing scheduled maintenance. Access to your account area will be paused as will your chatbots’ responsiveness. We expect this to take us up to 7 hours (from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm UTC). All operations across the platform will immediately resume after the maintenance window or even sooner.
We appreciate that any interruption to the activities of your chatbot should be kept to a minimum and if you’ve been with us for some time, you’ll know that this level of maintenance is rare. Hopefully, you’ll be delighted by the new features we are introducing with this upgrade.
We will be using this time to release an optimized version of the SnatchBot messaging core, extended collaboration options, a new structure of plugins with a new plugin builder tool, and other improvements.
